Sujeito pós-moderno: de andrógino a pós-humano

Resumo
No presente artigo, enquadramos a temática do género e da sua evolução para o estudo do pós-género – associado às transformações do corpo pelo recurso a instrumentos tecnológicos e a experiências científicas - nos estudos culturais contemporâneos. Desta forma, relacionamos o debate sobre os ciborgues com o corpo sem género, associado ao arquétipo do andrógino. Para demonstrar o papel do pós-humano nas trocas simbólicas e no imaginário global, ilustramos os nossos argumentos recorrendo a conhecidos conteúdos audiovisuais e literários.
