The Cadernos de Pedagogia Social was published annually at the Faculty of Education and Psychology at the Catholic University of Portugal and is dedicated to the scientific study and communication in the field of Education Sciences - Social Pedagogy, through original publications, reports and reviews.

This journal was published traditionally on paper since 2007 and since 2014 in electronic form until 2015.

The Cadernos de Pedagogia Social is committed to the adoption of editorial criteria of high ethical requirement, according to the principles and guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

 

Aims and Objectives

The Cadernos de Pedagogia Social has the following objectives:

- Contribute to the consolidation of an academic and scientific culture in the field of Social Pedagogy;

- Promote scientific cooperation between Portuguese and foreign researchers, institutions and research centers;

- Deepen the relationship between theory and practice in the field of Education.

The journal offers immediate Open Access to its content (Creative Common CC BY License). Journal allow readers to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of its articles and allow readers to use them for any other lawful purpose.
