4. Storage deadlines

The period of time during which the data is preserved and stored by the UCP varies according to the purpose for which the information is used, being kept for the period necessary to satisfy each of them and according to legal requirements, namely the deadlines of archival conservation or others that, at any given moment, are applicable, in particular, according to the following criteria:

5. Entities receiving your personal data

The personal data of the holders may be processed by entities to which the UCP has subcontracted its processing, which entities will carry out this processing within the strict scope of the purposes indicated above and may not use the data for any other purposes of their own or others. Personal data may also be transmitted to administrative or regulatory authorities in order to comply with legal registration, communication or reporting obligations.

 

6. Your rights as a holder of personal data

As a holder of personal data, you can exercise, at any time, the following rights, provided that, in each case, the legal conditions on which your exercise depends: right of access, right of rectification, right of deletion, right of limitation treatment, right to portability and right to object to treatment. 7. Complaint to the supervisory authority

If necessary, you can also file a complaint with the Portuguese National Data Protection Commission (CNPD).
