Resumo

Na sociedade atual, o trabalho e a família constituem o universo estruturante da grande maioria dos atores de uma sociedade. As alterações sociais, nomeadamente o constante reforço das exigências familiares e profissionais, são sem dúvida consequência da temática da conciliação entre estas duas esferas. Torna-se fundamental o conhecimento dos diversos fatores influentes, assim como dos efeitos, no que concerne à conciliação entre o trabalho e a família
