Abstract

Organizations have been going through complex and critical situations, making it difficult to creating and maintaining a sustainable competitive advantage, in a turbulent business environment, making the future unpredictable and unstable. Globalization has changed the way business is analyzed and oriented. Its impact is broad and comprehensive, leading to an analysis and reflection of current business approaches and their practices.
