Humanística e Teologia is a scientific journal with double-blind peer review and was published by the Faculty of Theology (Porto) of Universidade Católica Portuguesa; its priority scope is that of philosophical-theological thinking.

The structure of the journal comprises: articles; research notes; chronic; reviews; bibliography. Each issue sought a unit, chronological or thematic, namely through the constitution of thematic dossiers.

According to the theme and / or chronology of each issue, the journal's editorial board requested collaborations, but also accepted proposals for texts, as long as unpublished and with scientific validity.

The proposed originals were examined by the journal's board, who, if considered pertinent, submitted them, anonymously, to the opinion of two referees. The authors were duly informed about the decision to publish or not the respective manuscript, or the convenience of changing or reformulating it according to the instructions given by the experts. The consultation and opinion process are anonymous.

 

Open Access Policy

The journal offers immediate Open Access to its content (Creative Common CC BY License). Journal allow readers to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of its articles and allow readers to use them for any other lawful purpose.
